Despite the COVID-19 Coronavirus pandemic, DesignInc Sydney can assure valued clients and design collaborators alike that our strong commitment to daily operations and projects remains intact and unaltered.

Similar to friends and peers across the industry, we continue to exceed client expectations, deliver against project milestones and fulfill contractual obligations.

With the safety of clients and employees remaining paramount however, we are following the World Health Organisation (WHO) and NSW health department guidelines closely, actively enforcing safety protocols and taking the following precautionary measures:

  • Communication and collaboration: client and supplier engagement continues uninterrupted via email, phone and online tools such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Skype.
  • External meetings: these will be coordinated remotely until further notice, using the above tools.
  • Site inspections: prior client approval will be required for attendance at sites, with DesignInc requesting that clients / site managers identify specific requirements for on-site attendance. While we will always seek to manage risk, we cannot currently guarantee our physical presence.
  • Social distancing: internal meetings at our office have been minimised and external attendees are not currently invited.

Our staff are now predominantly working from home or are spaced across our office where they would prefer. Our IT systems are fully configured to allow us to continue delivering with minimal disruption.

We will update you if any of the above initiatives change and we thank you for your understanding; but please do contact us if you have any questions on how we can best collaborate during this difficult time.
